FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a folding box, and more particularly to a folding box having a plurality of reinforcing sheets to strengthen the strength of the front and rear panels and side panels of the folding box. The structural stability of the folding box can be ensured when the folding box is made of cardboard, according to environmental considerations, and the area required for the preparation of the board is reduced. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In addition to the product protection functions and facilitation of transport and storage of products, the quality of products can be highlighted by a box made of cardboard, such as a stationary box with rigid cover. Most boxes are made of cardboard with a certain thickness. The overall appearance is pleasant and pleasing to the eyes, and the structure is stable. [0003] Figure 1 illustrates a conventional folding box. A piece of thick cardboard is pre-arranged with a plurality of fold lines. The carton is folded to form a flat box 100 semi-folded, to facilitate transportation and storage. In use, as shown in FIG. 2, the semi-folded box 100 is unfolded and is secured with viscose 101 to form a three-dimensional shape, that is, the box arrangement. folding is completed. The folding box has the same quality as a fixed box and has the advantage of saving transportation and storage space. However, the folding box still uses cardboard having a certain thickness, so that the cost of the material is high. Although the box is secured with viscose, the carton may tend to return to its original shape after folding, resulting in collapse of the folding box. The inventor of the present invention develops a polygonal folding box made of thin cardboard to save material and reduce production costs, and to take into account the protection of the environment. This folding box can be easily distorted and deformed, which affects the overall structural strength of the folding box. Accordingly, the inventor of the present invention has devoted many years of practical experience to solving these problems. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The main objective of the present invention is to provide a folding box. The folding box can be produced with thin cardboard, and the area required for cardboard preparation is reduced. Each of the front and rear panels and a plurality of side panels of the folding box is provided with a reinforcing sheet, so that the folding box is able to save material, is environmentally friendly and has a stable structure. In order to achieve the above purpose, the folding box according to the present invention is formed by folding a piece of cardboard with pre-arranged serrated folding lines and comprises a polygonal bottom panel. A front panel and a rear panel extend from a front edge and a trailing edge of the polygonal bottom panel, respectively. The polygonal bottom panel has at least two side edges. At least one side panel extends from each of the side edges. A foldable positioning piece extends from an outer edge of each of the front and back panels. A first reinforcing sheet is attached and connected to the positioning piece. Auxiliary retainers are each disposed adjacent the side panel and each of the front and rear panels, and adhesively bonded to the inner side surfaces of the respective front and rear panels. A foldable piece extends from an outer edge of the side panel. The foldable piece is folded and adhesively bonded to an inner side surface of the side panel. A second reinforcing sheet is provided between the inner side surfaces of the foldable part and the side panel. The front and rear panels and the side panels on the two side edges of the polygonal bottom panel are each erected with respect to the polygonal bottom panel to jointly define a housing space therein. The positioning pieces and the first reinforcing sheets of the front and back panels are folded inward to cover inner side surfaces of the corresponding auxiliary retaining pieces to keep the folding box a three-dimensional shape. Preferably, the first reinforcing sheet is pre-arranged and is attached to the positioning piece. The second reinforcing sheet is pre-fitted and attached to the side panel or the foldable part. The second reinforcing sheet and the foldable part are folded and adhesively bonded to the inner side surface of the side panel, and the auxiliary retainers are adhesive-bonded to the respective inner side surfaces of the front and back panels, so that the box is in a flattened semi-folded state. [0009] Preferably, each of the auxiliary retaining parts is provided with a serrated diagonal fold line. The serrated diagonal fold line extends from a lower edge of each of the front and rear panels to a center of an upper edge of each of the front and rear panels. The side panel is folded and erected upward to cause the front and rear panels to be erected simultaneously by means of the respective auxiliary retainers. Each of the auxiliary retainers is diagonally folded along the serrated diagonal fold line. With the aforementioned structure, when the side panels are each erected relative to the polygonal bottom panel, the front and rear panels are interconnected so as to be erected by the respective auxiliary retaining parts because the auxiliary retaining parts are bonded to the inner side surfaces of the front and rear panels. The positioning pieces and the first reinforcing sheets of the front and back panels are folded inward to cover the inner side surfaces of the corresponding auxiliary retainers, so that the three-dimensional shape of the folding box is ensured. The structural design according to which the positioning pieces and the first reinforcing sheets of the front and rear panels are folded inwards to cover the internal lateral surfaces of the corresponding auxiliary retaining parts is able to reinforce the resistance of the panels. front and back and side panels of the folding carton box. When the side panels of the folding box are compressed, it is possible to prevent folding of the box, in that two sides of the first reinforcing sheet are held against the side panels. The present invention has the advantages of reducing material cost, protecting the environment and providing structural stability. Preferably, a plurality of connected side panels is provided on the same side edge of the polygonal bottom panel. A lower edge of the side panel adjacent to each of the front and rear panels includes a connecting piece extending to an edge of the polygonal bottom panel. Preferably, an edge of the foldable part of the side panel adjacent to each of the front and rear panels comprises a flap that can be attached to the inner side surface of the corresponding auxiliary retaining piece. [0014] Preferably, the polygonal bottom panel has a plurality of side edges arranged in pairs so that the polygonal bottom panel is formed with an even number of edges. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments of the present invention will now be described, by way of example only, with reference to the accompanying drawings. The present invention relates to a folding box. The folding box uses reinforcing sheets to reinforce the strength of the front and back panels and side panels of the folding box. By the extension of the reinforcing sheets, the structural stability of the folding box can be ensured when the box is made of thin cardboard and the area required for the preparation of the cardboard is reduced. The folding box is formed by folding the carton having pre-arranged serrated folding lines, and comprises a polygonal bottom panel 10. In Figures 3 to 9, a quadrilateral bottom panel is illustrated by way of example. In Figures 10 to 12, an octagonal bottom panel is illustrated by way of example. As shown in Figures 3 to 7, a front panel 21 and a rear panel 22 respectively extend from a front edge 11 and a rear edge 12 of the polygonal bottom panel 10. The polygonal bottom panel 10 has two Side Edges 13. At least one side panel 30 extends from each of the side edges 13. A foldable positioning piece 23 extends from an outer edge of each of the front and rear panels 21, 22. A first reinforcing sheet 40 is fixed and connected to the positioning piece 23. A foldable part 31 extends from an outer edge of each of the two side panels 30. A second reinforcing sheet 50 is fixed and connected to the foldable part 31. As shown in FIG. 4, the foldable part 31 and the second reinforcing sheet 50 is able to be folded and glued on the internal lateral surface of the side panel 30. Preferably, a flap 311 extends from an edge of the foldable part 31. The folding box further comprises auxiliary retaining members 32 located at a position adjacent to the two side panels 30 and the front and rear panels 21, 22, respectively. The flap 311 may be retained on an inner side surface of the corresponding auxiliary retainer 32. As shown in Fig. 5, when the two side panels 30 and the second two reinforcing sheets 50 are respectively folded on top of the panel. polygonal bottom 10, the auxiliary retaining pieces 32 are glued to the inner side surfaces of the front and rear panels 21, 22 respectively, so that the folding box is in a flattened, semi-folded state, to save transportation and handling. storage space. In this embodiment, each of the auxiliary retaining pieces 32 is provided with a diagonal, serrated fold line 321. The serrated diagonal fold line 321 extends from a lower edge of each of the front and rear panels 21, 22 to the center of an upper edge of each of the front and rear panels 21, 22. The front and rear panels 21 and 22 are erected simultaneously by the respective auxiliary retaining members 32, as shown in FIG. 6, when the user folds the two side panels 30 upwards. Each of the auxiliary retainers 32 is diagonally folded along the serrated diagonal fold line 321. The front and rear panels 21, 22 and the respective two side panels 30 are erected with respect to the polygonal bottom panel 10 to jointly define a housing space within them. The positioning pieces 23 and the first reinforcing sheets 40 of the front and rear panels 21, 22 are folded inward to cover the inner side surfaces of the corresponding auxiliary retaining members 32, so that the three-dimensional shape of the folding box is ensured as shown in Figure 7, to complete the layout of the folding box. The structural design according to which the positioning pieces and the first reinforcing sheets of the front and rear panels are folded inwards to cover the inner lateral surfaces of the corresponding auxiliary retaining parts makes it possible to reinforce the strength of the front panels and rear and side panels when the folding box is made of cardboard, for environmental consideration. When the side panels of the folding box are pressed, it is possible to prevent inadvertent folding by the fact that both sides of the first reinforcing sheets are held against the side panels. The present invention has the advantages of reducing the cost of material, and of providing an environmentally friendly and structurally stable box. [0036] Figure 8 illustrates a second embodiment of the folding box. The difference between the first embodiment and the second embodiment is in the predetermined position of the second reinforcing sheet 50. In the first embodiment, the second reinforcing sheet 50 is disposed on the foldable part 31. In the second embodiment, the second reinforcing sheet 50 is disposed on the side panel 30. In addition, as shown in Figure 3, the area of each positioning piece 23 may be smaller than the area of each of the front and rear panels 21, 22. The positioning piece 23 is connected to the first sheet of reinforcement 40 to extend outwardly and to have an area approximately equal to the area of each of the front and rear panels 21, 22. Such a structure may be applied to the foldable part 31 and the side panel 30, and the required area for cardboard preparation can be reduced. Thus, the folding box according to the first embodiment can be made of thin cardboard, and the area required for the preparation of the cardboard can be reduced in order to save in terms of material cost. Figure 9 illustrates a third embodiment of the folding box. The difference between the second embodiment and the third embodiment is that the area of the first reinforcing sheet 40 is smaller than the area of each of the front and back panels 21, 22 or the area of the positioning piece 23 ; and that the area of the second reinforcing sheet 50 is smaller than the area of each of the side panels 23 or the area of the foldable part 31. Also, the folding box can be firmly assembled and the area required for the Preparation of the reinforcement sheet can be reduced. The folding box according to the present invention saves in terms of material cost and is an environmentally friendly product. Figures 10 to 12 show an octagonal bottom panel 10. The arrangement and structure of the front and rear panels 21, 22, side panels 30, positioning parts 23, foldable parts 31, first parts reinforcement 40 and second reinforcing pieces 50 are substantially similar to the aforementioned embodiments. The following describes only the difference that exists. As shown in the drawings, a plurality of connected side panels 30 are provided on the same side edge 13 of the polygonal bottom panel 10. The lower edge of the side panel 30A adjacent to each of the front and rear panels 21, 22 is provided with a connecting piece 33 extending to the edge of the polygonal bottom panel 10. The connecting piece 33 comprises a serrated folding line 331 and can be folded along the serrated folding line 331, such that so that each side panel 30 can be erected upwards relative to the polygonal bottom panel 10. After the front and rear panels 21, 22 and the plurality of respective side panels 30 have been erected relative to the polygonal bottom panel 10, the auxiliary retainers 32 are glued to the inner side surfaces of the front and rear panels. 21, 22. Next, the positioning pieces 23 and the first reinforcing sheets 40 of the front and rear panels 21, 22 are folded inward to cover the inner side surfaces of the corresponding auxiliary retaining elements 32, so that the Three-dimensional shape of the folding box is ensured so as to complete the layout of the octagonal folding box. The present invention is suitable for a folding box having a polygonal bottom panel 10 with an even number of edges, but does not exclude a folding box having a polygonal bottom panel 10 with an odd number of edges. Although particular embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the present invention is not to be limited except by the appended claims.
